		<description>Good point, Ben.  You&#039;re right, of course, Adsense does give competitors a space to advertise on my site...since what I do changes all the time, that&#039;s not so much a problem for me personally :-)  It probably does make more sense on &#039;niche interest&#039; sites rather than your business site, but to be honest, I don&#039;t mind the idea of competition.  After all, the objective is to beat the competition by being better than them, not by pretending they don&#039;t exist.  

You could say &#039;Hey, check out the competition, make me some money, then come back and let&#039;s talk&#039;.  In fact, I&#039;m tempted to do just that. :-)

I think the point you&#039;re making is generally a good one, though, for most businesses.</description>
