Hi all

Thanks Sam for signing. I’ve linked it from the anti-paypal site’s UK forum and my own FB page at the moment. I agree and I will create a FB group later today when I have time.

Could I gently nudge everyone on this page to consider signing the petition please. If you’re voicing your opinion about an issue you have with PayPal withholding your money for no good reason on here, then consider lending your support to have something done about it permanently. There is a link at the very top of this page courtesy of Sam. Thanks again.

I have had my account permanently limited and when calling customer services all i got was ‘we cant tell you why and cant help resolve it’ i was told to appeal via my financial ombudsman so have emailed them. heres hoping i get a better response from them. as far as i am concerned ive done nothing wrong but im also disgusted that their customer services team are so poor!!

I think Duncan you need to add fraud to that list as well. The amount of accounts that are opened with the sole purpose of ripping people off is huge.I have discovered that with my case the persons address on Ebay isn’t even the same as their Paypal account surely that should be cross referenced when both accounts are opened. Still trying to fight a case for £435.
