Name change to ‘CY Financial Capital’ shows that what we’re doing is working
If you’ve received a demand from a so-called debt collector in Cyprus by the name of ‘CY Financial Capital’ then don’t worry. This company is part and parcel of the scam company that tricked you into signing for what you thought was a free listing in their directory. I’m not going to name that company in this post (for tactical reasons) but if you’ve received a letter, email or call from CY Financial Capital then you’ll know very well who they say they represent.
The good news is that this name change has come about because we’ve managed to ‘hijack’ a lot of the money destined for this scam company’s bank account. That means we’ve made a difference and they’ve been forced to change the name in the hope that – for a while at least – they’ll be able to bully their victims without our reassuring posts messing things up for them.
Thanks to an informer in this ‘company’, we got advance warning of a possible name change for the scam as well as a name change for the so-called ‘debt-collection company’ they use to bully people worldwide. This scam depends on victims believing – at least at the point when they receive the threatening letter or bullying phone call – that the scammers have the power to take them to court. The minute there is something reassuring on Google for their victims to find they start to lose their power and with it, the money they hope to extort from their victims.
Anyway, this post (and another one highlighting the new name for the scam) is going out into the Google indexes just in case.
