		<description>The main reason upgrades are done the way they are is because of security issues.  If security is architected properly, you should be able to patch systems.  Personally, I didn&#039;t have a problem with the upgrade, BUT, I run a minimum of plug-ins.  Granted, I&#039;m in the process of redoing my blog, but I do agree there is way too much re-architecting happening between upgrades without a migration plan for the plug-ins and themes.</description>
